Carb Free Microwave Banana “Brownie”

Light and airy 🙂 

4 egg whites

1/2 scoop banana whey

Splenda or stevia to taste

Beat eggs till a little fluffy ( I put everything in the blender and do it that way)

Add sweetener and whey

Pour into round microwavable  container.  Micro for 2 minutes.  Sprinkle some cinnamon on top 🙂  Can also add some PB or almond butter on top.

If you want carbs, have some fruit or some oats on the side.
