Flaxseed Pancakes

6 egg whites or 1/2 cup eggbeaters
3 T Ground Flaxseed
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla (can use maple too)
Splenda
Cinnamon

 Whisk egg whites. Add Flaxseed, Baking soda, extracts, splenda and cinnamon. Let stand for about a minute and mix again slightly. Pour onto skillet spray with non stick cooking spray and cook like regular pancake.

Can also be made into waffles 🙂
