Turkey and Cabbage

I LOVE cabbage and could eat it every day!!  I pretty much do 🙂
1 lb ground turkey breast
I Head of Cabbage
2 cans diced tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1 small onion,
Salt and Pepper to taste
Spray a large pot or skillet with cooking spray, sautee the garlic and onions until they are just starting to get soft, add the turkey and sautee all together until the ground turkey is just browned. Chop the cabbage and add to the turkey mixture, add the two cans of diced tomatoes and stir until mixed. Reduce heat and simmer for approx 30 minutes or until cabbage is cooked to the consistancy that you wish. Makes approx 6 servings.
You could also add some cooked brown rice or some black beans to the mixture as well.
