Low Carb Blueberry Pancakes

2 tablespoons oat flour (ground oats)

6 egg whites (or 1/2 cup egg beaters) 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)

2 tablespoons wheat bran

1 tsp vanilla extract

 1 tsp cinnamon

1 pinch of salt

2 packets of Splenda (or your sweetener of choice)

Whisk eggs, vanilla, and water together. Then slowly sift in the flour, making sure to keep stirring. Add the wheat bran and the other dry ingredients, stir, then add the blueberries. Cook the pancakes over medium heat until set
