Chicken Fingers

4 oz cooked (or raw) chicken breasts sliced into strips

2 egg whites

1/4 c oat bran

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp olive oil

Warm oil in large pan over med heat.  Mix oat bran and spices.  Dip the chicken in egg whites then oat bran to coat the chicken.  Place chicken in pan and cook until done 🙂
