Mexican Shirataki

Mexican night here, so came up with this 🙂

1 1/2 cups Salsa

1 can black beans

1 can tomato sauce

1/2 cup shredded low fat mexican cheese (optional)

1 pound lean ground turkey breast

2- 8 ounce packages Shirataki Brown meat. Drain.

Brown Turkey  Add salsa. Drain and rinse  black beans, add to turkey salsa mixture.  Bring to boil

Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles and Add noodles.  Stir until mixed thoroughly

Top with cheese and serve
