CINNAMON FLAXSEED MUFFINS

3/4 cup protein (whey, soy, etc)
1/4 cup flax seeds (I don’t grind them, but you can)
3/4 cup splenda
2 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs or 6 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract or maple
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 400°F Grease 6 muffin tins. Mix all ingredients together. Divide into muffin tins. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until knife inserted into middle of muffin comes out dry.
