Chocolate Sponge Cake

1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
4 egg whites or 2 eggs
8 packets sugar substitute
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp chocolate extract

Preheat oven to 325°F. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa together. Beat eggs with sugar substitute until very thick. Stir in the extracts. Fold in flour mixture. Bake in an 8 inch pan sprayed with Pam for 30 minutes or until done.
