Bran Bread/Pizza Base

Dry Mix
1 1/2 cups unprocessed Bran
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup soy protein Isolate
1/2 tsp splenda
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
3 tsp Xanthan Gum
Wet Mix
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp vinegar — or lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350°F-. Spray oil on a round nonstick PIZZA PAN  Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
In a separate bowl mix water and vinegar/lemon juice.
Add liquids to dry ingredients, mix well, till all is well gathered. Put the mix on the pan: using a spatula spread it evenly. Bake for 20 minutes. Add whatever toppings you like or don’t add toppings if you just want bread.

Take out, and using a pizza cutting roller – cut it into portions…and eat 🙂
