I just make this according to my macros for the day..

Shredded chicken ( I usually cook up a big batch, so always have some ready for different recipes)

chopped zucchini

chopped tomatoes

frozen green beans

chopped green pepper

chopped onion

garlic

water

Throw everything in a casserole dish and cover. Bake at 35o for approx 45 min. 

Cooking it right now…smells soooo good!
