Fish ‘n “Chips”

1 can of tuna, drained (water packed)

4 oz potato cut into “french Fries”

dash onion powder

pepper to taste

malt vinegar to taste

cook “fries” (oven will work too) in microwave for 10 minutes

Add tuna and spices (not vinegar yet).  Put on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam and broil for approx 5 in.  Flip and cook until it is as crispy as you like 🙂  When done drizzle with malt vinegar!
