Rice Pudding

3/4 cup cooked rice

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (I like the vanilla)

1 scoop vanilla whey

1 pinch cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix milk and rice.  Add rest of the ingredients and stir.  Put in fridge and grab when you are ready to eat…or just eat it warm 🙂

    would it be possible to replace the rice with orzo shaped shirataki noodles??
