Wheat Bran Flax Almond Bread

2 cups wheat protein isolate

1 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup ground almonds

1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry yeast
approx 2 cups water (enough to make the dough)

Mix all dry ingredients and add enough water to get a bread dough.

Let the dough rise, then knead again. 

Put dough in a pan sprayed with non stick spray and let rise again.

Bake for about 60 – 70 min at 400

This bread is a little chewy, but the longer it sits the better it is!  Best thinly sliced due to the texture, but I love this!

    Wow this looks great! Super dense and thick..wonder if I could sub something for the wheat protein?
