Almond Maple French Toast

2 egg whites

1/4 cup Almond milk (no sugar added)

1/2 tsp of maple extract

1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

cinnamon -dash or two

sweetener to taste

2 slices bread (I used P28 www.nutribreads.com)

Blend all ingredients except bread in a large bowl. Dip bread in and coat both sides.  Heat skillet with non stick spray. Place bread in pan and cook on one side, flip and cook on the other 🙂
