Bread Pudding

6 slices of Smart Carb #2 (Cinnamon Raisin)
2 tablespoons liquid butter buds
1 whole egg, beaten
2 egg whites
2 cup Almond milk
sweetener to taste ( I used approx 2T of powdered splenda)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Break bread into small pieces into an 8 inch square baking pan. Pour Butter Buds over bread. 
Combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Pour over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the egg mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for approx 45 minutes.

You can add more raisins if desired.(before cooking)
