Chile Rellenos

1 lb ground turkey breast

1/2 onion chopped

1/2 t pepper

8 chiles poblano or other long green chiles, seeded and halved

 7 egg whites plus 1 whole egg beaten

 taco sauce

brown the turkey place 1/2 chiles on baking dish, top with meat mixture, arrange remaining chiles on top, pour over egg mixture. Bake 45 min at 350 or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve with hot sauce.

      Hope you like it! It is hard to make authentic ethnic foods taste somewhat like they should :p
