6 egg whites

2 scoops Chocolate Whey

1 Tbl Peanut butter

1/3 cup wheat bran

1/8 tsp guar or xanthan gum

3 Tbls cocoa (unsweetened)

½ cup canned pumpkin

Sweetener to taste

Vanilla extract (opt).. cap full

Preheat oven to 350. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add rest of ingredients and blend. Pour into cake pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake approx 25-30 min.   (2 servings for me)

I think next time I might try adding another couple of egg whites and beating them a bit more for a “higher” cake.
