“Biscuits”

They look a little funny but taste good and will def stand in for biscuits if you are looking to do a low carb T-giving.   I think I added too much water this time.

1 egg white

approx 2/3 cup of protein powder

approx 1/4 cup water (or almond milk) add this slowly, because you only want enough to make a moist dough

1/8 cup pumpkin

1/4 to 1/2 tsp of baking powder

Sweeten if desired with sugar substitute

 Preheat oven to 350

 Stir the dry ingredients together first. Add the liquid ingredients. Mix well. Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray.  Drop biscuits onto cookie sheet.  Bake for approx 15 min

I may try adding pumpkin pie spice next time
