No Bake Oatmeal Peanut Butter Squares

2 1/2 scoops protein

1 tbls ground flax

3 T unsweetened cocoa

3 T natty PB

1 cup oats (not quick kind)

2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)

Pour milk slowly  into protein and mix until it is thick and no lumps.  Mix in the PB and oats.  It will be really thick…you may  have to add a dash or two more of milk or water…play with it.

Put into a pan and refrigerate for about 4 hours.  Keep refrigerate until you are ready to eat (gets mushy a bit quik)

I have also made these into balls and done the same or stuck them in the freezer 🙂
