Almond Crusted Tilapia

• Tilapia Filets
• Egg Whites
• Ground Almonds
• Salt and Pepper to taste

Dip Tilapia in beaten Egg whites. Sprinkle Almonds over fish and press into fish with hands so that they stick to it. Brown for 1-2 minutes on each side in a hot skillet sprayed with Pam. Transfer to a baking dish and cook for 20 minutes at 350 in a preheated oven.
