Sesame Crusted Ahi

    12 ounces yellowfin tuna steaks, (sashimi grade)
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    1-2 tsp of oil of your choice (macadamia is awesome here)
    Salt/pepper

Pat tuna steak dry, and lightly brush oil on both sides of steaks. Put sesame seeds on a plate and coat the tuna until all of the sesame seeds are attached. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Lightly spray a frying pan with nonstick spray and Heat frying pan to high. Place the steak in the hot pan and sear approximately 2 min per side, depending on thickness.

Serve with wasabi and soy if desired 🙂
