Crock Pot White Chicken Chili

2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast (shredded or chopped)

1 cup Onions, Diced

1 medium Red Bell Pepper, Raw

1 Poblano Pepper, Raw (chopped…this can be optional)

2 tbsp Garlic Minced

3 cups chicken broth (low sodium)

3 cans (15 oz) Cannelini beans (or great northern beans) not drained

4 oz Diced Green Chiles (undrained)

1 1/2 cups Stewed Tomatoes, (undrained)

1/4 tsp Spices, Cayenne Pepper

1 tsp Oregano, Ground

1 tsp Salt
CROCKPOT DIRECTIONS:
Dice the onion and pepper. Mince the garlic.
Process one cup chicken broth and 1 can cannellini beans in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Put all ingredients in crock-pot and cook for 4-6 hours.
