No Bake Choc Chip Protein Bars

1 1/2 cups quick oats

1/3 cup  ground flax
4 scoops protein powder
1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter

2-3 TBLs mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup almond milk

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix with hand.  Press into a 8×8 pan sprayed with cooking spray.  Place in freezer for 20-30 minutes, cut into 10 bars, wrap each bar in plastic wrap, then return to freezer to store.  These will be sticky.  (keep in freezer until ready to eat)
