Southwest Chicken

Serve with sides of shredded lettuce, onion, peppers, and chopped tomatoes. (can serve in a tortilla or other “shell”)

3 pounds boneless chicken breast

1 pack taco seasoning mix

1 teaspoon garlic powder

4 ounce can chopped green chilies, drained

1 cup water

Place chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker.

Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over.

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Shred chicken with a fork.
