Blueberry Almond Mini Loaves

1 cup ground oats (oat flour)

6 scoops vanilla whey (I used Scivation)

4 eggs whites

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup splenda granular

1 cup almond milk( I used unsweetened vanilla)

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup chopped almonds

1/2 cup blueberries

Mix dry ingredients (except blueberries and almonds)

Mix wet ingredients (beating eggs well).  Add to dry and stir well.  Mix in blueberries and almonds

Pour into mini loaf pans sprayed with non-stick spray.  Bake at 350 for 18-20 min.
