Beef “pie”

2 tbsp Low Carb Ketchup (or tomato paste)
2 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp  salt
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
4 egg whites
1 whole egg
5 oz of extra lean ground beef
1/2 c ground oats
1/2 c fresh spinach, chopped fine
Non-stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 425.  Mix everything except the beef oats and spinach until well combined. Add oats and mix, then add beef and mix and then spinach.

Pat into a pie pan sprayed with non-stick spray.  Cook for approx 20-25 min until brown on top and cooked through.
