Pizza in a Bowl

cooked lean ground beef (or lean ground turkey)

cooked rice

chopped onion

chopped mushrooms

chopped  green pepper

Approx 1 TBL tomato paste

basil, oregano, and garlic to taste

non fat cottage cheese (or other any cheese you like)

Cook the veggies in a skillet sprayed with non stick spray until tender. Mix in the tomato paste and a small amount of water (about 1/8 c)  Stir in beef and rice until heated. Top with cheese and throw in a bowl!
