Nutty CocoChoco Bars

This is an oldie but a goodie! Dug thru my recipes to post a special request for  low-carb bar 🙂

Nutty CocoChoco Bars

1 square of unsweetened chocolate

2 Tbs. coconut oil

2 Tbs. almond milk

6 pkts of Splenda

1 cup Chocolate Whey Protein Powder

1 cup of chopped nuts of your choice

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut (optional)

2-3 Tbs. SF Davinci (I like the Almond Roca with these, but choice is up to you)

Melt chocolate and oil in microwave a little bit at a time (so you don’t burn the chocolate).

Add Splenda and milk and stir well. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well (It will be thick. Taste it and if you want it sweeter add more.

Line a 8 x 8 pan with Saran Wrap, spread out the mixture and pat until even. Cover the top of the bars with Saran Wrap and chill.

    Thanks for the great looking recipe! I bodybuild (as do you) but have a bit of a sweet tooth so I’m always looking for better alternatives to my 1 Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich a day.
