Peanut Butter Wraps

You can make these into mini rolls too

1 Tbls Natural Peanut Butter (I like chunky)

1/2 scoop Whey Protein ( I used banana today)

little bit of water

2 egg whites

1 tsp flax seeds

1-2 packets splenda

Wrap:

Beat egg whites and splenda , add flax seeds.  Pour into a heated pan sprayed with non stick spray.  Cook on one side, flip and cook on other (should be pretty thin)

Mix PB, whey and drizzle of water.  I like to melt mine a little in the microwave.

Put PB concoction on wrap.  Roll up and eat!
