Oatmeal Protein Cookie Recipe

6 egg whites

2 scoops of whey protein (any flavor ūüôā )

1/3 cup of oat flour (ground oats)

sweetener to taste

(you can add nuts, chocolate chips, raisins, unsweetened cocoa, etc)

Preheat  oven to 350 degrees

Mix all the ingredients together, and If mixture is too think add some water or almond milk a little bit at a time.

Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto the cookie sheet, and flatten them out slightly

Bake approx. 9-10 mins until slightly  brown around the edges.  Wait until they cool for several minutes before removing or they will fall apart.



Banana Oat Cookies

1 cup oats

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 scoop (approx 28 g) banana whey (can use any flavor)

1 ripe banana (mashed)

1 egg white

1/2 tsp cinnamon

mini choc chips (optional)

chopped nuts (optional)

sweetener to taste (I used 6 packets of splenda)

Preheat oven to 350. ¬†Mix ingredients. ¬†Spoon onto cookie sheet (if you want them to look more like cookies, press them down) ¬†Bake for approx 9 min. ¬†(they will be “chewy”..if a crunchy cookie is desired, turn off oven and leave them in for about 5 more min)

Rolled oats

1/2c splenda (or sweetener of your choice)

1 tsp vanilla extracts

3/4 cup canned pumpkin

1 cup ground oats

1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tsp teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup rolled oats

Optional:¬† walnuts, extracts, raisins, etc…
¬†Stir together the splenda, pumpkin¬†and other extracts (ie:banana, walnut…)

 Sift together the ground oats, baking powder and cinnamon and stir into the pumpkin mixture.

 Add the rolled oats, raisins and chopped nuts (if using) and stir until combined.
 Drop teaspoonfuls onto a lined tray and bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven
