Oatmeal Protein Cookie Recipe

6 egg whites

2 scoops of whey protein (any flavor 🙂 )

1/3 cup of oat flour (ground oats)

sweetener to taste

(you can add nuts, chocolate chips, raisins, unsweetened cocoa, etc)

Preheat  oven to 350 degrees

Mix all the ingredients together, and If mixture is too think add some water or almond milk a little bit at a time.

Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto the cookie sheet, and flatten them out slightly

Bake approx. 9-10 mins until slightly  brown around the edges.  Wait until they cool for several minutes before removing or they will fall apart.

Yet another oatmeal cookie 🙂  Oats are a staple for me…for now anyway 🙂

1 cup ground oats
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp imitation butter flavor
6 single serving packets of splenda
1 whole egg or 2 egg whites (better with the whole egg)

Raisins (optional)

Preheat oven to 350

Beat egg.

Mix all the ingredients and Slowly add water until the dough is thick.
Drop dough on baking sheet sprayed with pam and bake at 350 for 7 minutes, then back down the heat to 300 and finish baking for 20 to 25 minutes.

Chocolate Oatmeal Protein Cookies

 1/4 C. Oats

1/2 Scoop  Chocolate Protein Powder (or any flavor)

 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder

 2 Tablespoons chopped nuts (optional)

1/4 cup Chocolate Almond Milk (unsweetened kind)

2.5 Tablespoons Splenda

 1 Teaspoon  Vanilla Extract

Mix all dry ingredients together and slowly stir in almond milk. Mix well and drop spoonfuls onto wax paper. Place in freezer until hard. Peel cookies off of wax paper and eat immediately. They will melt quick!

Baked Oatmeal

Cooked up some yummy baked oatmeal for breakfast this morning.

1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
1 C egg whites        1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
3 C dry old fashioned oatmeal
1 C non fat almond milk (or any non fat milk of your choice)


Preheat oven to 350 F.
Spray 9×9 cooking pan with non-stick spray. Whisk applesauce and eggs.
Add cinnamon, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Whisk again.
Add Oatmeal, then milk.
Mix well.
Spread batter into 9X9 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool slightly.
Slice into 12 bars.
